Body Talk: An effective and simple holistic therapy that allows the body's energy systems to be re-synchronized so they can operate as nature intended.
Reflexology: Reflexology describes ten discreet energy pathways in the body.
Foot Reflexology: As a therapy, foot massage has been practiced for thousands of years. After running throughout the body delivering energy (the "life force") to every area and organ, the pathways end in energy terminals in the feet, where they are examined by the palpation (pressure) of the therapist's fingers.
Facial Reflexology: This energizing treatment promotes a healthy flow of energy throughout the body by stimulation of acupressure points and associated reflex zones on the face.
Massage Therapies:
Deep Tissue Massage: This is a method of massage therapy that can provide all the usual benefits associated with massage therapy, such as circulatory, lymphatic, muscle and joint health improvement. Deep tissue has the added benefit of getting to deeper layers of tissue.
Pre/Post Natal Massage: Pregnancy can be a time of excitement, but it can also be a stressful time for a mother-to-be. Massage is a great way to help women through this time of change. Pregnancy massage is a much gentler massage, targeted for the mother's and baby's comfort. It is very relaxing, but will still address the muscles and joints that are under extra stress during this time.
Myofascial Release: This therapy is a safe, gentle and consistently effective treatment producing positive and lasting results. Myofascial Release is a very effective hands on technique which provides sustained pressure into Myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain, headaches and to restore motion.
